With over 20 years experience in natural healthcare, I began studies and work in anatomy and physiology, stress management, holistic massage, Indian head massage, aromatherapy & gym instruction. I also have a background in health food retail.
I trained as a kinesiologist in 2008 after it helped me overcome my own health issues and I’ve been practicing as a kinesiologist ever since. I’m also a trained kinesiology instructor.
For over twelve years now I specialise in helping clients to resolve fatigue, IBS, weight and emotional issues.
I am based in The Enterprise Centre, Hilly Road, Drumshanbo, Carrick-On-Shannon, Co.Leitrim by appointment only.
